as a result of entering all this info, realtor, property characteristics, etc…..reports can be generated by realtor, realtor office, # of referras per office / realtor, cost per sf, average fee, total income, # rpts per month, year, etc…..the possibilities are endless and your company can create some standard reports plus the inspector can request custom rpts (for a fee of course)……also, I still think it beneficial to count occurrences of issues / comments in inspections…..I still think being able to create a report of the top ten issues found on inspections is a great marking and training tool for inspectors……the inspector could generate information emails / letters / brochures saying……want to know what the top 10 deficiencies found in inspection are…….then an explanation of what the normal remedy is as well…….trains agents, other inspectors (is one takes on trainees)…….
