We tried to design the program without a menu. After usability testing, it appears that we need that menu after all.
Solution: Add a menu. Should have these to start off:

- Delete
- Modify

- Add new
- Delete
- Modify

- Add new
- Delete
- Modify
People
- Add new
- Delete
- Modify
Help
- InspectionWise Help
- About InspectionWise
Most of these features are already in the software, we just needed an easier way to access them. Implement all that you know about. Make all other options disabled for now.
