After an install/upgrade to ActiveSync 4.2, you'll run c:\program files\inspectionwise2\Reg50.exe.
When that is finished, you should be able to see Pocket Access as an option to sync. If not, do this:
1. Remove the handheld from the cradle/cable.
2. Soft-reset the handheld.
3. Open Task Manager and kill wcsecomm.exe.
4. Go Start-ActiveSync to restart ActiveSync.
5. Put the handheld back in the cradle/cable.
You should see it now. If not ...
1. Get on the handheld.
2. Go Start-Programs-File Explorer
3. Click Open (down at the bottom)
3. Type this in:
\Windows\regsvrce.exe adosync.dll
4. You should see a success message.
5. Soft reset the handheld.
6. Put it back in the cradle/cable.
